About the Arab Baths
The Arab Baths of Córdoba are an Arab bath house at Calle Almanzor 18, in the Jewish Quarter of Córdoba, built over the remains of 1st-century Roman thermae. They offer 2-hour sessions with four pools — hot, warm, cold and flotation, the latter with common salt from the Salinas de Aguilar de la Frontera —, a steam room and massages. About the experience
Two hours in total: from the moment you walk in until you leave dressed. In that time you have access to the four pools, steam room, flotation pool and rest area with tea. If you booked a massage, it takes place within those two hours. See the hammam experience →
Just your swimsuit or bikini. We provide towels, non-slip footwear, a locker with key, gel, shampoo, hairdryer and Moorish tea. There are changing rooms to change comfortably — no need to arrive with your swimsuit on. Full guide for your first visit →
Yes. There are changing rooms with showers and lockers with keys. You can arrive in normal clothes and change there. You can also shower and freshen up at the end to head straight out to dinner or a stroll around Córdoba.
No. We provide large towels, not bathrobes. The bathrobes that may be seen inside belong to guests staying at our guesthouse (where they are included to come down from the room to the baths).
Moorish tea. The rest area has comfortable seating to enjoy it calmly at the end of the session.
We have entries every half hour. Once inside, you decide the order and pace within your 2-hour session.

It is not advisable to drive into the Jewish Quarter — access is restricted and monitored by cameras. The nearest car parks are: Parking Paseo de la Victoria (7 min walk), Parking Mezquita and Parking Puerta Sevilla.
Minimum age 12. From 12 to 15 they may enter accompanied by an adult. From 16 to 17 they may enter alone showing ID. Under 12 cannot access.

About the guesthouse

We have two guesthouses, both in the heart of the Jewish Quarter and three minutes from the Mosque. One is above the baths themselves, at Calle Almanzor 18; the other a few steps away, at Calle Fernández Ruano 7. Both have direct access to the Arab baths included in the stay.
About gift vouchers
If you bought it online, we have a record and can reissue it. If you bought it at reception (physical voucher), the voucher itself is the entry and we have no other record, so we cannot grant access without it. Keep it safe.
You choose the experience, receive the voucher by email instantly, and whoever receives it redeems it whenever they want within the following 12 months. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from purchase and are redeemed BY PRIOR BOOKING (online or by phone). After the expiry date, bath and massage vouchers can be extended for a €30 fee. They are non-refundable. If you make a booking with a voucher, you can cancel it 48 hours in advance and the voucher remains valid for another date. Buy gift voucher →

Policies
Baths: free cancellation 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel and do not show up, you lose the booking with no refund. Guesthouse: free cancellation more than 5 days in advance. Payment is taken 5 days before the booking date. With less than 5 days or a no-show: no refund.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you could lose the massage due to no masseur being available. The delay time is deducted from the Arab baths session.
No. Bringing food, cakes or drinks from outside is not allowed. The baths are a space for relaxation.
Yes, between the third and sixth month of pregnancy. We do not recommend the temperature contrast (warm pool and flotation only). No back massage is performed — we offer a 15-minute relief massage on legs, neck, head and arms, lying face up. Outside that period (first trimester and from the seventh month) we do not recommend the visit. Inform the team on arrival.
Yes. We do not recommend the visit in these cases: cancer in critical periods (heat promotes lymphatic circulation), severe heart conditions (the temperature contrast is contraindicated), infectious diseases of the skin or other kind, allergy to chlorine, almond oil or humidity. Access is also not permitted if you have consumed alcohol in excess, drugs, or eaten heavily in the last 2 hours. If you have low blood pressure, use the hot pool moderately, alternating with the cold one to avoid dizziness. If you have any injury or medical condition, inform the team before the massage.
No. Animals are not permitted on the premises.
The pools are chlorinated within the limits established by current legislation. Even so, chlorine can damage some delicate fabrics, alter the colour of light hair and blacken metals (rings, chains, earrings). We recommend removing jewellery before entering.
Yes. The baths are a space of calm. Speaking in a low tone throughout the premises is mandatory. Silence is requested in the pools and the massage room for everyone’s relaxation. Mobile phone use inside the premises is not allowed for privacy reasons required by law. We ask that you do not adopt improper attitudes in the pools. Access is not permitted to people behaving disruptively, nor are quarrels or arguments tolerated. We reserve the right of admission.
Yes. Showering before accessing the pools is mandatory.
No. In the bathing areas only the non-slip footwear we provide free of charge is allowed. Your own footwear, including flip-flops, is not permitted.
It is not mandatory. If you have long hair, we recommend tying it back with a band for greater comfort in the water.
Yes. We ask you to arrive at the booked time. The 2-hour session begins at the indicated time. If you arrive late, the time is not recovered.
